VISA SUPPORT&INVITATIONS

Official invitation letter and tourist voucher are necessary to apply Ukraine tourist visa. With these documents you may address to Ukrainian Consulate in your country or any another country where Consulate is.

FUNKY TOUR is able to provide you with visa supporting papers for obtaining a tourist visa. There will be documents providing the tourist nature of your trip: a Request-Letter for a visa typed on the travel agency's letterhead, signed by our manager and a voucher (tourist invitation) accompanied with itinerary of your visit listing the cities and /or towns to be visited and the name (-s) of hotel(-s) the tourist will be staying at, exact dates of accommodation with hotel confirmation.

The approved length of stay in the visa is determined in each case by the period indicated on the application form but in no case it can exceed the period of time indicated in supporting document.

Charge for visa supporting papers : FREE of charge with hotel accommodation.

Visa supporting papers processing procedure is 1-3 working days after having received your prepayment.

Tourist visa can be extended in Ukraine at your request for the period of time till 6 months total since the date of entry within its respective maximum validity period indicated above provided that it has been originally issued by the Consulate General / Embassy of Ukraine.

To have an invitation and tourist voucher from "FUNKY TOUR" you need:
1) to pay for our tourist service: hotels or apartment accommodation; medical insurance; transfers airport-hotel-airport; excursions with guide.

2) to inform us your passport information:
- full name;
- date of birth;
- citizenship;
- number of passport;
- passport validity;
- approximate term of staying in Ukraine;
- the country where visa is to be issued

We send official letter and voucher in 1-2 working days to your e-mail or to fax as well. If you need to get an original of a documents, we could deliver it by courier service of DHL, FedEx, post. You pay cost of delivery, which depends on the prices of a of "DHL" or "FedEx" companies.

You will need a papers to give to the Ukrainian Consulate to get a visa:
1. Visa support letter
2. Tourist Voucher
3. Passport
4. 1 passport photo minimum (some Consulates require up to 3 photos)
5. Completed visa application form

We are glad to inform all that citizens of the European Union, USA, Canada, Japan, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Andorra, State-city Vatican, Iceland, Monaco, Norway and San-Marino do not need to have visa to enter Ukraine. The entrance without visa in Ukraine and transit through it for the citizens of these countries is valid only if the period of stay is less then 90 days.
